Initial Meeting

Tom personally meets with every prospective client for a complimentary, no-obligation consultation. This meeting provides an opportunity for Tom to learn about your ideas, needs, and aspirations for the project, while also allowing him to assess the existing building or property. During the consultation, the project’s budget and feasibility will be discussed, and Wilcox Architecture’s fee structure will be reviewed. Following the meeting, Tom will promptly send you a detailed Proposal for Architectural Services.
